Gin Phiz

A fizzy, citrusy drink that's slightly creamy due to the egg white, but still light and effervescent.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional, for frothiness)
  • PHIZ Club soda (to top)
  • Lemon peel (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake (shake without ice) for about 10 seconds to froth the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again to chill.
  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with PHIZ club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel.
